About Me
I’m a therapist who works with adults, couples, and families. I believe our early emotional experiences shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others, often creating patterns that continue into adulthood. In therapy, I help clients slow those patterns down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create new ways of relating to themselves and the people they care about.
My style is warm, direct, curious, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you can be honest about what’s actually happening—not just what you think you’re supposed to say.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Texas and am completing my M.S. in Counseling at SMU. I bring seven years of experience across crisis, trauma, and family-serving settings.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you want to talk through what’s bringing you in or you’re ready to dive in, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation or book a full session with me.

A good fit starts with feeling comfortable enough to be honest and feeling like I understand what you're going through. You don't need to know exactly what you need from therapy before reaching out. We can talk about what brings you in, what you're hoping for, and whether my approach feels right for you. If you're curious about working together, reach out to schedule a consultation and we can see if it feels like a good fit.
